  1. Hi Vici

Fantastic site, hats off to you for getting some terrific images.

Here are two for you that I would be happy for you to use if you like.

‘Bluston’s Coats and Gowns’ in Kentish Town Road, NW1. Sadly now closed but it was a lovely shop selling ‘older’ ladies clothes. Plus ‘ Palmers’ pet shop in Parkway, Camden, NW1. London.

Have a look at my site if you fancy. http://www.londonstation.com

    Keep up the stirling work.

    Best wishes

    Graham

    • Thanks, I really like your station photos. I did photograph Bluston’s, but after it closed. Palmer’s I’ve never came across sadly – I found some web reminiscences here. There are Google images here should others be interested.

  2. Hi Vici,

Stumbled across this very interesting site. I’m currently doing a project for my local history group documenting all the changes in Sutton High Street and listing the occupants of shops from 1869 onward using old directories, guides and pictures.

    Great Stuff!
    Marky
