Wiseman (The Card Shop)

Wiseman (The Card Shop), 40 Seaside, Eastbourne, East Sussex, 2015 • Nice old step logo, but I can’t find any info about what the shop sold. The arcade windows suggest it was a purveyor of visually attractive wares, such as clothes or jewellery. These days the premises house a gift shop (bottom image), which was still there in 2017.

Nice pictures of 40 Seaside – in answer to your question this was my great grandfather‘S drapers shop that was run by the Wiseman family for two generations.
