  1. Another great example of where planning is failing high streets. The original shop was great, it didn’t need to be changed. A lick of paint and a new sign and it could have been great. The owners have spent thousands of pounds making an asset to the local area and high street into an unlovely, generic slice of blandness.

    What is the point of planning if they don’t stop this happening?
