Brilliant Neon Ltd., above Best-One, 218 Earls Court Road, B orough of Kensington and Chelsea, London SW5, 2010 • Tiny reminder of a long-gone fascia, still hanging on above a minimart. It’s a legacy of Shepherds Bush-based Brilliant Signs, once a hugely successful manufacturer of shop facades and fittings, founded 1888 and closed in the 1970s.
