Ons, Ltd, 128 High Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk, 2007 • Scarred and illlegible ghost sign for something ending in ‘ons’ (Sons?) adding a touch of looming darkness to the local market. There’s also a bit that looks like ‘ovis’ – Hovis? – so maybe it was a baker.

Love this. Could well be Sons Ltd i.e. XXXX & Sons Ltd. Is there any way that right portion of wall could be the ubiquitous Hovis?
