Cecil (Mecca, Diva’s)

Cecil (Mecca, Diva’s), Cecil House, 1 Anlaby Road, Kingston upon Hull, 2013 Still on the downbeat 1960s vibe, the clean-lined and rather fine (apart from all the tacky contemporary signage) Cecil building – shown front and back – looks straight out of a Larkin poem.
