It’s still going strong and appears to have been repainted since you took these photos. I’ll be up there again next week (21 May 2014) ahead of my talk in the evening on ghostsigns.
I think it’s now been converted to flats or maybe offices, and they kept the signage, hence the repaint. Please do reply with details of (or ideally a link to) your Birmingham talk.
